Where to Send Legal Requests

Need a legal check on your account? Send the request through live chat, email, or the in-account form, and we will route it to the right team. We reply 09:00-23:00 WIB, and we may ask for the email on file, the phone number on file, and a screenshot from Settings > Help > Legal before we change anything. That keeps the request tied to your account and cuts down on back-and-forth.

Live Chat

Open the chat bubble in the lobby and send the exact clause, account name, or request you want checked. We use it for access questions, correction requests, and account status checks during 09:00-23:00 WIB.

Email

Write to [email protected] when your request needs attachments or a written trail. Include the email on file, your registered phone number, and the page or clause you want checked so we can match it faster.

In-Account Form

Open Settings > Help > Legal Requests on mobile or desktop, fill in the form, and attach the current screenshot if asked. We use that path when you need a correction, a deletion request, or a terms question.

DATA HANDLING

Data, Cookies, and Account Safety

You can control how we hold request records and cookie choices from your account and browser.

Data Handling

We collect only the fields needed to confirm your account and answer legal requests: name, email, phone number, device details, and request time. We use them to match records and prevent duplicate changes.

Cookie Controls

On desktop and mobile browser sessions, you can change cookie consent from the browser menu and then refresh the page. If you clear cookies, the legal page still opens, but your saved choices reset.

Login Safety

Use your own device or a trusted browser, and keep the account email current. If login attempts fail repeatedly, we may ask you to confirm the last successful device before we lift the check.

Retention Window

We keep legal request logs only as long as needed for dispute handling, fraud checks, or local record duties. After that period, we reduce the data or remove it through our retention process.

Change Requests

To correct your profile, send the exact field, the current value, and the new value through Settings > Help > Legal Requests. We use the same path for name, email, and phone updates.

Contact Path

If you want a copy of what we hold or need a deletion request, message us through live chat or email. We verify the request against your account before we act on it.

Common Questions About Legal Access

You can use one request path for data, corrections, and access checks, and we keep the reply tied to the same thread. If your request involves DANA, OVO, GoPay, or QRIS, we match the account name and contact details first so the legal record stays clean. Chat, email, and the in-account form all work, but some cases need a second check before we act.

Access depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. If your region or account setup does not meet the current rules, we block the flow and tell you which step needs checking.

Send a message through live chat, email [email protected], or Settings > Help > Legal Requests. Include your registered email and phone number so we can match the record before we return anything.

We usually need the field name, the current value, the new value, and a screenshot if the change affects identity or contact data. That lets us update the right record without touching unrelated parts of your account.

We keep them only for the period needed for dispute handling, fraud checks, and local duties. When that period ends, we reduce the record or remove it under our retention process.

Cookies do not change the law, but they can store your chosen session and consent state. If you clear them, you may need to set your browser choices again on desktop or mobile.

Our support team handles the first pass, then the account and compliance team checks anything that needs extra verification. We answer through the same channel you used, so you can keep one clear thread.

We pause the request until the account name and payment record line up. If the names or numbers differ, we ask for a corrected record or a fresh submission through the same legal request path.
